These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Convertly platform and services provided by Convertly ("we", "us", "our").

Service Description

Convertly is an ambassador commerce platform for Shopify brands. We provide tools for managing affiliate/ambassador programs including tracking, attribution, commission management, creator storefronts, and payouts.

Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must have a valid Shopify store to use the Convertly app

Billing & Subscriptions

Convertly uses Shopify's billing system. Subscription charges appear on your Shopify invoice. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. You can cancel at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Convertly for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, to manipulate referral tracking, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convertly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
